Arrival Etiquette: Students must arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class. The Studio door is locked 2 minutes prior to class start, & a sign stating “Class In Session” is posted. The door will not be unlocked for late arrivals. Out of respect for our student community, please be mindful.

HOW TO SIGN-IN FOR CLASSES

VIA OUR ON-LINE SYSTEM: Click on the “sign-in” link above.

VIA PHONE: Simply give us a call at 604.736.9642 & let us know which class you would like to reserve a space for. If you happen to get voicemail, simply leave us a message with your: Name, Day & Time of class & your phone number. We will only call you back if the class is full, otherwise you can assume your reservation is in place.

We do have space limitations as we have a maximum of 15 students per class. Students who have signed in via the on-line system or phone will have guaranteed their space. Any students who drop by the studio without signing in will be welcome to join the class based on space availability . Remember, if a class is full, the system will advise you when trying to sign-in.

** remember that the evening classes (4pm onward) tend to be very busy, please use one of the two sign-in options outlined – if a class is full the on-line schedule will let you know **
